These terms govern your use of EasySlideshow (“the service”), a free slideshow maker that runs entirely in your web browser. By using the service you agree to these terms. They’re written to be read — if anything is unclear, the short version is: be sensible, only use photos and music you’re allowed to use, and remember the service is provided as is.

The service

EasySlideshow lets you turn photos into a slideshow video. All processing — including video creation — happens locally in your browser on your device. The service is free, requires no account, and adds no watermark to your video.

Your content

Your photos, music and the videos you create remain yours. Because everything is processed on your device and never uploaded to us, we don’t take any licence to your content and we can’t see it, store it or lose it.

You are responsible for the content you use. Only use photos and music that you own or have the right to use, and only use the videos you create in ways that comply with the law and the rules of wherever you share them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or access it in ways other than the published website.
• Misrepresent the service or hold yourself out as affiliated with it.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work in every browser or device. Because your work lives in your browser, keep originals of your photos and download your finished video promptly — clearing your browser data may remove an in-progress slideshow.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasySlideshow and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to the service and these terms

The service may change over time — features may be added, changed or removed. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
